We are looking for a highly skilled Einkaufsmanager to join our team at Siegfried. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of purchasing strategies for procurement, leading price and contract negotiations with suppliers in collaboration with the global procurement team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on optimizing purchasing prices and procurement quality, as well as disciplinary and professional leadership of employees in the purchasing department.

The Einkaufsmanager will be responsible for autonomous execution of orders and contracts within the framework of the agreed-upon signature regulation, as well as participation in supplier selections, new projects, and supplier audits together with the corresponding interface partners.

The position also involves responsibility for the procurement of investment goods and energy, analysis and implementation of cost reduction potentials, and best-of-breed optimizations.

The Einkaufsmanager will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and standardization of purchasing processes and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, with a Kaufmännisches Studium or Ausbildung and additional qualifications in the field of purchasing. The candidate should have several years of experience in purchasing and first leadership experience would be an advantage.

The Einkaufsmanager should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team.
