Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der Mieter vor Ort/Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Mieterangelegenheiten
  • Übergabe und Rücknahme von Mietflächen
  • Koordinierung der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung, Wartung und technische Optimierung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer Facility-Management-Dienstleister
  • Projektsteuerung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Projektentwicklung (Development-Team) und Betriebskostenteam
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Mieterkorrespondenz sowie Organisation sämtlicher objektrelevanter Unterlagen
  • Prüfen von eingehenden Rechnungen

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst Erfahrung aus der Immobilienbranche mit und/oder in der Betreuung von technischen Dienstleistern
  • Erste Projekterfahrungen von Vorteil
  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Du hast eine Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Einstellung
  • Eigenverantwortung und Zielstrebigkeit sind Deine Stärken
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit den MS-Office-Programmen
