Strategic Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team at STARK Deutschland. As a key member of our Commodities Sourcing team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing optimal supplier portfolios, negotiating contracts, and driving strategic processes with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive global and local supplier overviews, assessing production facilities, market positions, and strategies.
- Analyze supplier performance and monitor market development to inform sourcing decisions.
- Coordinate product development and cost reduction projects with European suppliers and business units' stakeholders.
- Manage organizational supplier overviews and engage with decision-level European counterparts.
- Establish good, local business units' suppliers into other business units to increase competition and secure volume options.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with suppliers in the European Supplier Program (ESP).
- Drive competitiveness and profitability through optimized sourcing, cost reduction, and supplier performance enhancement.
- A newly established role in a large and further internationally expanding company with the opportunity to influence and add true value.
