Become a vital part of our team at IAV, where we are dedicated to advancing the automotive and technology sectors. Your contributions will play a key role in refining our operational processes and integrating innovative concepts to enhance project management.
In this position, you will take charge of documenting and improving project specifications and workflows. Your main tools for this will be Confluence and Jira.
Your Responsibilities:
- Chart the project process landscape using Confluence.
- Collaborate with process owners to pinpoint areas for process enhancement.
- Refine the organization of daily operational tasks and protocols.
- Assist in project management activities, including scheduling and taking meeting notes.
- Develop guides and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
- Proficient in Office applications.
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and think analytically.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Methodical and organized work style with a strong sense of commitment and initiative.
- High level of engagement, creativity, and eagerness to learn and excel.
The compensation for this role is aligned with our collective agreement, with a monthly salary of 979,- EUR.
