We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Performance Lead to enhance our dynamic marketing division. Based in a vibrant environment, you will focus on launching and refining paid media initiatives across a diverse channel spectrum. You will also be responsible for pioneering new channels currently under evaluation, ensuring that our digital marketing efforts are in sync with our growth objectives and performance benchmarks. We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and commercially savvy marketing professional to oversee daily optimizations, campaigns, and innovative strategies to meet return on ad spend (ROAS) and acquisition targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Global and Local Campaign Oversight: Enhance campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Google App Campaigns, and Meta to boost brand visibility and user acquisition. Ensure peak performance while exploring new opportunities within these platforms. New Channel Leadership: Assume responsibility for emerging channels being evaluated (e.g., Programmatic, Demand Generation). Lead Generation Strategy: Design, optimize, and analyze Lead Generation campaigns to support partner acquisition initiatives. Performance Media Strategy and Analysis: Formulate, implement, and supervise innovative paid media strategies to achieve ambitious objectives. Analyze growth metrics and provide data-driven insights. Collaborative Efforts: Partner with the Senior Marketing Analyst on expenditure tracking, new customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI). Collaborate effectively with brand, creative, and retention teams to ensure advertising creatives are aligned with brand standards and optimized for performance, supporting comprehensive campaigns. Additionally, work alongside the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to review campaign outcomes and brainstorm new testing concepts. Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with dedicated platform managers to trial new product betas, align on best practices, and benchmark against industry competitors.

About You:

Campaign Management Experience: 2-3 years of experience in managing international brand awareness, lower funnel, and retargeting campaigns, with hands-on involvement in the creation and optimization of campaigns to meet cost per acquisition (CPA) and ROI goals. Marketing Metrics Proficiency: Familiarity with complex marketing metrics and KPIs, including SKAN, Sandbox, and mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like Adjust and Appsflyer. Innovative Mindset: Highly proactive in identifying new acquisition avenues and enhancing performance. Resilient and inventive in addressing technical challenges. Data Interpretation Skills: Capability to convert data into actionable insights for business applications. Strategic Perspective: A strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset and a profound understanding of business implications. Team Collaboration: Experience in working collaboratively across various teams such as Product and Business Intelligence/Analytics. Communication Proficiency: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; ability to effectively convey performance, strategy, and priorities. Brand Awareness Expertise: Experience in brand awareness display prospecting campaigns, including Rich Media, Video, and High-Impact brand initiatives.
