Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to support our Hydropower control technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical implementation of hydropower control technology projects based on Siemens and Rockwell control systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop system concepts based on project tenders and customer-specific requirements.
  • Be responsible for technical and commercial clarification with customers and suppliers.
  • Manage and implement hardware and software engineering throughout the project duration.
  • Create PLC programs and visualization solutions.
  • Plan communication and network systems, considering cyber security requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality, and create technical documentation.

Your Profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering, automation, or information technology, with several years of experience in control systems.
  • Extensive experience with Siemens PCS7 and/or Rockwell Studio 5000.
  • Good command of German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage.
  • You are characterized by your results orientation, analytical skills, and teamwork abilities.
  • Readiness to travel regularly and work on construction sites worldwide.
