Your Future Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior CRM Sales Consultant (m/w/d) to join our team.

The Digital/Customer Management team provides consultancy services to leading national and international organizations across various sectors in the fields of sales, marketing, and customer service.

  • You will advise clients on the enhancement and digital transformation of their service processes.
  • You will develop innovative use cases for the application of Generative AI in marketing, sales, and service.
  • You will assist our clients with analytical topics such as customer segmentation and customer value analysis, as well as operational matters like campaign management and sales process optimization.
  • You will take on significant responsibilities including analysis and design, prototyping, implementation, and rollout, along with project management duties.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
  • You possess professional or consulting experience in CRM and sales processes, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • You have knowledge of IT systems used in sales and their customization (especially SAP CRM, Microsoft CRM, etc.).
  • You have a passion for new technologies and trends, and their effective application in businesses.
  • To optimally advise our clients on-site, you are willing to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Excellent proficiency in both German and English completes your profile.
