Du bringst umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich der ganzheitlichen Beratung mit, insbesondere im Kontext der Modernisierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsabläufen, wobei der Fokus auf der Kundenzentrierung liegt? Dann bist du im CX-Team von adesso SE genau richtig.
Wir setzen auf innovative Ansätze und Lösungen und profitieren von über 10 Jahren Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung von Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Serviceprozessen. In interdisziplinären Teams, bestehend aus Experten für Branchen, Methoden, Fachgebiete und Technologien, gestalten wir Kundenprojekte von der Vision bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und der nachhaltigen Implementierung moderner Lösungen im Bereich Customer Experience Management. Als Beratungsprofi mit Schwerpunkt auf Vertrieb, After Sales und Service unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Konzeption und methodischen Organisation von Digitalisierungsprojekten im Vertrieb und Service.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien für Vertriebs- und Serviceorganisationen sowie Vertriebskanäle oder deren Digitalisierung
  • Analyse, Bewertung und Optimierung von Kundenprozessen sowie die Übertragung der Kundenanforderungen in digitale End-to-End-Prozesse
  • Aufbau digitaler Plattformen wie CRM-Systeme und Marketing-Automatisierung zur Steigerung der Effizienz in der Organisation
  • Beratung, Change Management und methodische Begleitung in Transformationsprozessen mit dem Ziel einer kundenorientierten Organisation

DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung im Bereich Organisation, Prozesse und Digitalisierung im Vertrieb und Service in mindestens einer der Branchen Einzelhandel, Fertigung oder Automobil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Beratungsmethoden, Prozess- und Organisationsdesign sowie in gängigen Vertriebs- und Servicemethoden und -tools
  • Du bist vertraut mit den fachlich-funktionalen Aspekten der CRM-Module für Vertrieb und Service, z.B. von Salesforce, Microsoft oder SAP.
  • Erfahrungen in agilen Projekten und im Anforderungsmanagement sowie Kenntnisse über Best Practices wie Challenger, Lean und ITIL
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und teilst deine Erfahrungen gerne mit dem Team.
  • Hohe Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung sowie die Bereitschaft zu projektbedingten Reisen.
