As an Intercompany Procurement Expert (f/m/d), you will work within the global Corporate Functions team and collaborate with all our locations. We offer a flexible mobile working policy.

WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope potential sourcing projects, align on supplier portfolios, and serve as the contact person for all procurement-related topics.
  • Plan and execute sourcing events; participate in required procurement councils.
  • Negotiate, structure, and manage contracts.
  • Issue purchase orders and control ongoing contractual relationships.
  • Support adherence to business processes and policies while continuously driving improvement.
  • Create global procurement processes and assist countries with sourcing events.
  • Stay informed on category market intelligence and supply market trends, particularly in the IT sector (IT Service and SaaS).
  • Drive global intercompany management by creating and aligning project-specific service agreements for all locations.

  • Successfully completed university degree with a business focus (preferably majoring in finance, procurement, or contract management).
  • Initial professional experience in procurement, procurement processes, and methodologies; graduates with internship experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills combined with collaboration, influencing, and communication competencies.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Pragmatic thinker in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in S/4HANA.
  • Fluent in German and English.
