E-Procurement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Risk Management Expert to join our team at MANN+HUMMEL. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with our global contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and procurement processes.
  • Provide expert advice on contract management and risk assessment to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and risk management.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of procurement staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement risk management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement risk management, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
