Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Leader/Deputy Market Leader to join our team in Eifel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
