Distribution Partner Management EMEA Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to support our Distribution Partner Management EMEA team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of events, training sessions, and projects related to Distribution Partner Management EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in managing logistics and administrative tasks for events, including coordinating speaker agreements, overseeing travel arrangements, and handling attendee logistics.
  • Contribute to finance-related tasks by overseeing finance-tool-related processes, finalizing invoicing, and ensuring timely and accurate financial administration.
  • Provide essential support for internal administrative topics, conducting internal evaluations, and performing other vital administrative duties.
  • Assist the Marketing Communications Manager and the Digital Marketing Manager in the approval processes for marketing assets, ensuring proper setup and communication with all related stakeholders.
  • Take on additional ad-hoc tasks related to marketing, gaining hands-on experience in an international environment and earning skills in areas such as marketing, training, asset creation, project management, product knowledge, and communication.
Requirements
  • Enrolled as a student in a Master's or Bachelor's program in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in business administration, event management, marketing, or similar roles is highly desirable.
  • Marketing-related and digitally savvy.
  • First experience in partnering with marketing-related stakeholders and communication with external service-providers would be a plus.
  • Experience in an international and agile environment would be welcome.
  • Openness to work in an international environment and collaborating across cultures.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages such as German, Turkish, or Russian being a plus.
  • Experience in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
