Sortiment Manager for Vibration Technology & Acoustics
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team at SAHLBERG GmbH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes, contributing directly to the success of our business.
- Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management: You will be responsible for strategically sourcing and managing relationships with key suppliers within the vibration technology and acoustics sector. This includes negotiating contracts, evaluating supplier performance, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Customer-Focused Sales Support: Your technical expertise will enable you to effectively process customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and lead preliminary offer discussions. You will collaborate closely with our field sales team and application engineers to provide comprehensive support throughout the sales cycle.
- Order Management & Logistics Coordination: You will oversee the entire order processing lifecycle, from contract review and data entry to deadline monitoring and logistics coordination. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Product Development Support: You will actively monitor market trends and analyze competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for growth. Your insights will contribute to the development of our product range and enhance our competitive edge.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in technical procurement within the vibration technology or acoustics industry.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using modern ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
