Aktuell suchen wir einen motivierten Account Manager (m/w/d) für Personaldienstleistungen. Wenn Sie Herausforderungen lieben und Wert auf Eigenverantwortung legen, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aufbau von Netzwerken und Akquisition neuer Kunden im Bereich der Personaldienstleistungen
  • Pflege und Beratung von Bestandskunden in personalrelevanten Themen
  • Management von Bewerbungen in enger Kooperation mit dem Recruiting-Team
  • Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern, Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • Betreuung von Mitarbeitern bei Kunden sowie administrative Aufgaben
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit technischem/kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche
  • Fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse und eine Affinität zu IT-Themen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Dynamik und Zielstrebigkeit
