About the Role:
Our client, a prominent player in the medical technology sector, is seeking a dedicated Account Executive (m/w/d) for field sales in the Schwäbisch Gmünd region.

If you are passionate about sales and thrive in a dynamic team environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you. You will be responsible for selling high-quality medical devices, managing an existing client base, and acquiring new customers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with current clients.
  • Actively pursue new customer acquisition.
  • Sell premium medical systems and consumables.
  • Conduct minor maintenance and service tasks.
  • Provide demonstrations and training on the operation of medical systems.

You will enjoy engaging with our existing customers and will utilize your own vehicle, with costs reimbursed within standard business practices.

Your Profile:
  • Ideally, you have a successful track record in sales (retail, services).
  • You possess knowledge in the healthcare or sports sectors (e.g., physiotherapy, nursing).
  • Your strengths include excellent communication skills, strong acquisition abilities, and a sales-oriented mindset.
  • You have experience in either inside or outside sales.
  • You are characterized by empathy, openness, and high motivation.
  • Self-management skills and a strong willingness to contribute are essential.
  • You have a technical interest and are eager to share your knowledge.
