Thyssengas, a leading player in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to drive the development of our gas network for hydrogen and green gases transportation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and rights acquisition in our projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee legal processes for the construction of high-pressure gas pipelines and gas facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, representing projects and negotiating with landowners to secure necessary permissions.
  • Project Planning and Documentation: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaboration and Negotiation: Coordinate with external companies and lead negotiations to secure agreements and resolve disputes.
  • Compensation and Risk Management: Develop compensation concepts for damages and participate in risk management initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to various working groups, sharing expertise and best practices to drive project success.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Education and Experience: Hold a degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent experience in infrastructure development or a related field.
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Possess knowledge of soil protection and agriculture, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Key Skills: Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and negotiation skills, with excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to project sites.
