About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our People Services team as Head of People Services. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the People Services team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of HR services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
