Logistics Operations Handler

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Handler - Advanced Operations Specialist to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and support to employees: Collaborate with team members to resolve complex operational issues, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes: Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity, and monitor results to ensure desired outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with these requirements, and provide guidance on any necessary actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment: Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes employee well-being.
Requirements:
- Relevant education and experience: A degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, operations management, or business administration, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills: Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including logistics management tools and data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, build strong relationships, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
