Sales Development Representative

Job Opportunity

We are partnering with a global market research and marketing agency to find a talented Junior Sales Specialist to join their growing sales team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish new customer contacts and schedule appointments through networking and lead sourcing activities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities and support the sales process with relevant insights.
  • Monitor and record sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Present to and consult with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business or an equivalent education.
  • Some experience in direct sales B2B.
  • Ideal experience in business development, telesales, inside sales, outbound call centre, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.
