Bishop GmbH is seeking dedicated professionals for a pivotal role in the aerospace sector.

Position Overview:

  • Formulation and execution of strategies to merge Information Technology (IT) with Operational Technology (OT) within maintenance workflows.
  • Facilitation of collaboration between IT and OT teams to guarantee smooth integration of systems and data exchanges.
  • Conducting data analysis from diverse sources, including sensors and machinery, to identify maintenance requirements and forecasts.
  • Deployment of Predictive Maintenance methodologies and other innovative maintenance practices utilizing data analytics and machine learning techniques.
  • Safeguarding the cybersecurity of maintenance systems and data, encompassing the establishment of security protocols and policies.
  • Exploration and assessment of emerging technologies and tools aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
  • Providing training to staff on IT and OT systems, alongside new technologies and procedures.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication abilities to facilitate information flow across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to manage and execute workflows effectively.
  • Self-reliant, methodical, and results-driven approach to achieve objectives efficiently.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.

Professional Experience:

  • Over 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production.
  • Over 2 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Prior experience in a maintenance setting is essential.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in German.
  • Proficient in English.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with data analysis and cybersecurity is beneficial.
