Position Overview:

• Formulation and execution of strategies to merge Information Technology (IT) with Operational Technology (OT) within maintenance operations
• Facilitation of collaboration between IT and OT teams to guarantee the smooth integration of systems and data streams
• Analysis of data from diverse sources, including sensors and machinery, to identify maintenance requirements and predict future needs
• Deployment of Predictive Maintenance methodologies and other innovative maintenance practices utilizing data analytics and machine learning techniques
• Assurance of cybersecurity for maintenance systems and data, including the establishment of security protocols and guidelines
• Exploration and assessment of emerging technologies and tools aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance workflows
• Instruction of personnel in IT and OT systems, alongside new technologies and operational procedures

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication abilities to facilitate information exchange at all organizational levels
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage and execute workflows effectively
• Self-reliant, methodical, and goal-oriented approach to work for prompt and effective results

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline

Professional Experience:

• Over 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production
• Over 2 years of experience in Project Management
• Prior experience in a maintenance setting is essential

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in German
• Proficient in English

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with data analysis and cybersecurity practices is a plus
