About the Role:
Bishop GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Process Coordinator to join our team in Nordenham, Germany. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for integrating Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) into maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for integrating IT and OT into maintenance processes
- Coordinate between IT and OT departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and data flows
- Analyze data from various sources, including sensors and machines, to create maintenance needs and forecasts
- Implement Predictive Maintenance solutions and other advanced maintenance techniques using data analysis and machine learning
- Ensure cybersecurity of maintenance systems and data, including the implementation of security directives and policies
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes
- Train employees in IT and OT systems, as well as in new technologies and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to ensure internal and external information flow at all levels of hierarchy
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and perform workflows
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work for quick and direct goal achievement
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field
- Manufacturing/Production experience for over 2 years
- Project Management experience for over 2 years
- Experience in a maintenance environment is required
Language Skills:
- Fluent in German
- Proficient in English
