Als System Owner - Procurement bist du verantwortlich für die Verwaltung, Entwicklung und Instandhaltung von Beschaffungsinstrumenten und -systemen wie SAP, Proactis, Achilles und anderen unterstützenden Beschaffungssystemen und Ausschreibungsinstrumenten. Du bist der Fachexperte für das Stammdatenmanagement der Beschaffung in SAP und anderen Beschaffungslösungen und agierst als Ansprechpartner für die tägliche Unterstützung der Beschaffungsorganisation und der Endbenutzer des Unternehmens.

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Verwaltung der Verträge und der Beziehungen zu den Tools & Systemen, die in den Zuständigkeitsbereich dieser Funktion fallen, sowie die Leitung von Prozess- und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen und die Förderung der Standardisierung der Instrumente und Systeme. Du unterstützt auch Global Process Owners, Projektmanager und andere Procurement Excellence-Kollegen bei der Digitalisierung und der Einführung neuer eProcurement-Tools und / oder der Aktualisierung von Tool-Funktionen.
