Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an expert in complex ERP solutions and processes across various sectors including E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Services, and Finance.
  • Independently oversee and execute ERP implementation projects utilizing Odoo.
  • Act as the primary contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing consistent support and effectively managing escalations.
  • Guide the development of software customizations and internal products.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant.
  • Familiarity with business IT and processes in various domains, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SaaS, or Finance.
  • A degree in a business or IT-related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a high level of commitment.
  • A genuine interest in tackling challenging projects and developing innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is essential.
