About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the northern Bavaria region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or degree in business or sales
  • Proven experience in field sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent German language skills (C1) and intermediate English language skills
  • Valid class B driving license
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
