Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a trusted consultant to clients by understanding their current and future IT projects to advocate for IFS assyst solutions.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
  • Overseeing the sales process and finalizing opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Promoting IFS assyst Enterprise Service Management and IT Operations Management Solutions directly or through partners within the designated sales territory.
  • Executing a channel strategy with selected partners for pipeline development and service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prioritize new business sales as a primary focus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling intricate software solutions (ESM, ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Analytics, Contact Center).
  • A proven history of achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • An established network of customer relationships ready to leverage.
  • The ability to understand the broader business landscape and the factors driving IT.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in the German language.
  • Business-level fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience with Ivanti, ServiceNow, Cherwell, or similar SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Meddic sales methodology.
