Key Responsibilities- Delivering valuation for business opportunities and setting up financial plans
- Evaluating contracts and investment opportunities along the whole value chain
- Identifying and analyzing project sensitivities and delivering actionable insight to maximize commercial value and mitigate risks
- Supporting due diligence for projects and contributing to deal negotiations and development of contractual agreements
- Being the financial partner, challenger and commercial advisor to Green Gas business leaders
- Consulting on financing solutions and respective structuring
- Providing input to mid-term planning
- Preparing documents and presentations to senior management on business plans and investment opportunities
- Commercial and financial skills, backed by a degree in business administration, finance, economics or the like
- Several years of professional valuation and financial modelling experience
- Knowledge of Green Gas or Hydrogen domain is of advantage
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with a pragmatic spirit, an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude
- A high level of personal integrity, reliability and ownership
- Business proficiency in English is a must; German highly desirable
