About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Maintenance Support Manager at Danfoss. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Automotive Ramp-Up project and contribute to the transformation towards Industry 4.0.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of production processes.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and improve process efficiency.
- Develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and German languages.
