Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the change management process, including evaluating and implementing product changes, creating timelines, and leading regular team meetings. You will also be responsible for aligning with procurement, production planning, and quality teams, as well as reporting on implementation status to product/program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement product changes for series products that involve multiple departments and require a high degree of complexity.
  • Create timelines for execution and follow up on resource planning.
  • Lead regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Align with procurement, production planning, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Report on implementation status to product/program management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an engineering or economic degree and ideally experience in change management or project management in a technical environment. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, motivation, and commitment, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across different functional groups.
