IT Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to contribute to our digital transformation and support our diverse operations. This is an opportunity to make a real impact within a company that values tradition and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our online stores, ensuring smooth functionality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support for our websites, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Offer excellent customer service for our online platforms, including Amazon and eBay.
  • Monitor and maintain our databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Provide IT support to our pharmacies, resolving technical issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Create and update comprehensive IT documentation for internal use.

Qualifications

  • Completed training as a specialist in computer science.
  • Proven experience with data maintenance and management.
  • Hands-on experience with administering and supervising a Microsoft domain environment.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
