IT Support Specialist

We are a company group consisting of a small pharmaceutical manufacturing company and 4 pharmacies in and around Augsburg.

To further professionalize and drive our digital growth, we are looking for support in the IT department.

Responsibilities

You will support our IT and Graphic Leader in their daily tasks.

The main focuses are:

  • Maintenance of our online shops
  • Maintenance and upkeep of our websites
  • Customer support for online shops, including Amazon and eBay
  • Database control and maintenance
  • IT support for pharmacies
  • IT documentation
Qualifications

Completed education as a Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)

Experience with data maintenance

Experience with the administration and maintenance of a Microsoft domain

Hands-on mentality
