Job Description

BeBee Professionals is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to strengthen our sales team in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active management and consulting of existing customers.
  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer portfolio.
  • Creation of offers and negotiation with customers.
  • Analysis of customer needs and development of tailored solutions.
  • Closely working with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in sales or customer management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independent and goal-oriented work style.
  • Travel readiness.
