About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our global team at VWR International GmbH, part of Avantor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental sustainability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective EHS strategies and programs to minimize risks and promote a culture of safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business decisions
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
