We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Memorysolution GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with our technical team to provide solutions and support to customers
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Excellent knowledge of the enterprise and industrial sectors, with a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
