About the Role

We are seeking multiple IT Onsite Technicians (m/w/d) to join our team at ganss personal GmbH in Düsseldorf.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level client support in the onsite team
  • Receive and resolve technical issues and customer inquiries
  • Support standard applications, such as MS Office and current operating systems (Windows and Mac)
  • Install, repair, replace, and troubleshoot hardware devices
  • Document and manage tickets in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with 1st and 3rd level client support teams
  • Prioritize tasks to meet SLAs
Requirements
  • Completed IT education, such as a degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in IT support, hardware installation, and troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of XP, Windows 7-10, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, Cisco Jabber, and ticketing systems
  • Basic knowledge of iOS and Mac operating systems is an asset
  • CompTIA (A+) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications are an asset
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
  • No driver's license is required
