The Human Resources Assistant provides operational support to the HR team at SCOR, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of HR-related processes. This includes supporting the Head of HR and HR Business Partners in their tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR tool SCOR & Me, ensuring all changes such as new hires, departures, salary changes, and function changes are processed and entered into the system on time.
  • Process employment contracts, reference letters, employment attestations, and parental leave arrangements with employees.
  • Manage personnel records (digital archive) for SCOR, ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date and accurate.
  • Creation of employment references in German and English.
  • Support the HR Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, and the Head of HR with various administrative tasks and correspondence.
  • Support HR business partners and team members to ensure efficiency.
  • Support the trainee in On- and Offboarding topics.
  • Support the trainee in reporting and data analytics.

Recruitment and TA Administrative Activities:

  • Open job requisitions in SCOR & Me, launch workflow for validation, post the job internally and externally.
  • Assist with the recruitment process as required to support the TA specialist, HR Business Partners, and Satellite Offices HR contacts.
  • Assist with immigration procedures as required.
  • Obtain reference information from future employees.
  • Ensure all relevant documents such as diplomas, employment references, residence permit, and criminal record are complete.
  • Employer branding activities, cooperation with recruitment agencies/headhunters, and networking.
  • Good communication skills in English and German.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools like Word and Excel.
  • First experience in the HR field would be an asset.
  • Being a team player.
  • Having fun working in an international context.
  • Student in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
