Support our team in the International Payroll sector as we assist KPMG employees working abroad with their payroll processing.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to enhance your knowledge in Payroll, Taxation, and Human Resources, this is your opportunity:

  • As part of the international payroll team, you will assist in the payroll processing for KPMG employees engaged in international assignments.
  • In addition to maintaining SAP data, you will contribute to the collection and preparation of payroll and personal data, as well as create payroll-related applications.
  • You will support the management of KPMG employees and leaders during and after their international assignments.
  • Furthermore, you will collaborate with KPMG colleagues from around the globe.
  • You will work in an international environment, engaging with teams from International Mobility (Global Mobility, International Business Traveler, and Tax).
Your Profile
  • You can undertake a student assistant role in HR - International Payroll with at least three completed semesters in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A proficient command of standard MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, is essential.
  • You possess strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • A pronounced service orientation, teamwork skills, and organizational abilities complete your qualifications.
