FHR Anlagenbau GmbH is at the forefront of developing advanced technologies for various applications, including automatically dimming mirrors and scratch-resistant lenses. Our team of approximately 200 professionals collaborates to design and manufacture vacuum systems for diverse surface treatments.
Your Responsibilities:- Maintain and expand existing national and international client relationships within the Equipment, Materials, or Aftersales sectors.
- Acquire new clients to establish long-term and trustworthy business partnerships.
- Oversee the entire process from initial client contact, needs assessment, technical feasibility analysis, solution presentation, proposal creation, to order confirmation.
- Collaborate closely with all departments and business partners, both organizationally and substantively.
- Participate in trade fairs and conferences.
- Manage customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor market trends and analyze developments within your area of responsibility.
- Successfully completed studies in Natural Sciences, Materials Science, or Engineering, or alternatively, a technical qualification.
- Proven several years of experience in the sales of technically demanding, complex products; experience in special machine construction is advantageous.
- Sales experience with large and medium-sized clients.
- Negotiation proficiency in both German and English.
- Confident and pleasant demeanor.
- Strong presentation skills, assertiveness, and teamwork capabilities.
- Structured and independent working style.
- Flexibility and mobility.
- Passion for conceptualizing and selling sophisticated system solutions.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
