Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist Projects to join our team at AlphaConsult Premium KG. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all project-related procurement activities and managing the escalation process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, project management, and supply chain management. They will be responsible for:
- Coordinating procurement activities for projects, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers.
- Managing the procurement process, including creating and managing procurement plans, conducting market research, and evaluating supplier performance.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet business objectives, including cost reduction, quality improvement, and risk management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Providing procurement expertise and support to project teams, including procurement planning, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or business administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, project management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
