Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage the performance and sales target fulfillment of the nationwide broker sales network.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen broker partnerships while maintaining high standards.
  • Strategically plan and oversee sales objectives and budgetary considerations.
  • Evaluate sales progress and initiate necessary actions for improvement.
  • Collaborate on market strategies alongside product development and marketing teams.
  • Enhance service delivery and operational processes for the sales team.
  • Engage with various departments, contribute to projects, and influence strategic decisions.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a comparable position.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities within sales divisions, ideally in broker sales.
  • Extensive knowledge of broker sales, particularly in Life & Property sectors.
  • Experience in strategizing, developing, and managing sales targets and budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capacity to inspire positive transformations and guide towards innovative work practices.
