Als Business Developer (m/w/d) Automation & Digitalization Solution Minerals bei Innomotics GmbH werden Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams, das sich auf die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Automatisierungslösungen im Bergbau und Mineralbereich spezialisiert hat.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Durch die Vertriebsaktivitäten des HQ und die Unterstützung der Geschäftsentwicklung der regionalen Unternehmen ermöglichen Sie die Erreichung der AE-Ziele in Minerals Fokusregionen (bzw. mit Fokuskunden) gemäß des vereinbarten AUT/DIG Geschäftsplans.
  • Sie erfüllen einen konkreten Beitrag (Aktivitäten und Treiber Funktion) zur Umsetzung der Minerals Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und Wachstumsstrategie.
  • Sie vertreten das Innomotics Minerals Automatisierung und Digitalisierung Lösungsportfolio in ausgewählten Kundenprojekten und bringen entscheidende technologiefundierte Beiträge zur Projektgewinnung.
  • Sie analysieren die Mining- und Zement-Märkte und nehmen die Kundenrückmeldungen strukturiert als Input für das Portfolio Management auf.
  • Sie beraten und unterstützen unsere Kunden und interne Stellen in technischen Fragen zu der notwendigen Systemstruktur sowie bei der Erstellung technischer Angebote.
  • Sie unterstützen unsere regionalen Partner durch technische Beratung, Training und interregionale Vertriebskoordination.
  • Erarbeitung von Marketing- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen sowie die Durchführung von technischen Präsentationen bei Kunden- und Vertriebsveranstaltungen runden Ihre Tätigkeit ab.
Ihr Profil

Wir suchen nach einem engagierten und erfahrenen Fachmann, der über ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium und / oder eine Promotion im Bereich Bergbau, Elektronik, Logistik oder Verfahrenstechnik verfügt.

  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung bei einem Technologieanbieter oder Systemintegrator (z.B. Systemauslegung, -konzeptionierung, Engineering) konnten Sie bereits sammeln.
  • Erfahrungen mit unterschiedlichen Automatisierungssystemen (wie PCS7, TIA usw.) sowie Kenntnisse in der agilen Softwareentwicklung sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie besitzen ein tiefes Verständnis über die Produktionsprozesse im Bereich Bergbau und / oder Zement sowie über ein ausgeprägtes Netzwerk in der internationalen Rohstoff-Industrie.
  • Im Bereich Digitalisierung und IT sind Sie immer auf dem neuesten Stand.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten ermöglichen es Ihnen, komplexe Kundenprobleme schnell zu verstehen und in der Konzeptionierung individueller Softwarelösungen zu berücksichtigen.
  • Aufgrund Ihrer sehr guten analytischen Fähigkeiten sind Sie stets in der Lage basierend auf der volatilen Marktsituation die richtigen vertrieblichen Entscheidungen abzuleiten.
  • Sie sind ein sehr guter Teamplayer in dem Umfeld Regionalgesellschaften, Produktmanagement und technischen Experten.
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie fließend, weitere Sprachen wie Portugiesisch und Spanisch sind von Vorteil.
