Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Business Development Manager to join our team at gloryfeel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Chinese market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement B2B Strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to establish and strengthen our presence in the B2B sector in China.
  • Aquire B2B Customers: You will identify potential B2B customers in China and conduct successful cold outreach activities to win new business partners.
  • Key Account Management: You will nurture relationships with key B2B customers and work closely with them to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Marketplace Integration: In addition to B2B business, you will support the integration of our products on Chinese online marketplaces and pursue a hybrid strategy between B2B and D2C.
  • Cultural Understanding: You will possess a deep understanding of both Chinese and European business cultures and be able to navigate effectively between the two.
  • Presentation and Persuasion Skills: You will be able to create compelling presentations and persuade potential B2B customers of our offering.
  • Project Management: You will take charge of organizing and executing projects related to the development of the B2B market in China and ensure the effective implementation of set goals.
Requirements
  • You have proven experience in Business Development or Sales - Even in E-commerce? It's a plus, not a must - we develop together.
  • You are an experienced acquirer and have already successfully built and developed B2B business relationships.
  • Your native language is Chinese, and you have fluent English for negotiations.
  • You have a deep understanding of both Chinese and European business cultures and can navigate effectively between the two.
  • You have ideally already experience with Chinese marketplaces, such as tmall, JD, Douyin, XHS.
  • You are convincing and can present complex issues clearly and concisely to persuade potential B2B customers of our offering.
  • You are able to work independently and possess excellent organizational and project management skills. You convince with your presentation and negotiation skills.
  • You are motivated to drive our expansion in China and take on a key role in developing our B2B business.
