International Sourcing Specialist

- Oversee worldwide sourcing of components for wind turbines
- Formulate and execute category management strategies
- Evaluate expenses and negotiate procurement agreements
- Guarantee achievement of objectives related to cost, quality, and delivery timelines
- Engage with both internal teams and external partners
- Participate in projects as a sourcing representative
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing
- Ability to think strategically, negotiate effectively, and possess technical insight
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or Spanish is advantageous
