Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Arrival Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will be the first and last point of contact for our international guests, creating unforgettable experiences and impressions that will be remembered.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth arrival and departure of our guests, including luggage service.
- Work closely with our front office team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
- Manage complaints and develop solutions to problems in cooperation with the management team.
- Maintain and build a positive guest relationship.
- Provide information about the hotel, city, sights, and excursion destinations.
- Ensure order and cleanliness in the entrance area.
- Collaborate with all departments of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Professional experience in a guest-oriented position.
- Experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
- Host mentality with friendly and competent demeanor.
- Good knowledge of German and English.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm.
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance.
