Be the Face of Our Hotel

As a Guest Arrival Expert at Marriott International, you will be the first and last point of contact for our international guests, creating unforgettable experiences and lasting impressions. Your role will involve ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process, including luggage service, and working closely with our front office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a warm and welcoming arrival experience for our guests
  • Work closely with our front office team to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive guest relationship
  • Offer information and recommendations on hotel amenities, local attractions, and excursions
  • Ensure the entrance area is clean and well-maintained

What We're Looking For

  • Professional experience in a guest-oriented position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm
  • Good knowledge of German and English
