Job Summary:
The Store Director for this opening will manage a team of 8 and support in leading the ZIMMERMANN teams to success. The ideal candidate will embody the ZIMMERMANN brand by bringing optimism, creativity, and sophistication to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member.
- To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge, and product knowledge.
- To be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- To promote an enjoyable working environment that inspires passion, focus, and discipline.
- To effectively manage the recruitment process in store.
- To oversee the stocktake and ensure the stock coordinators are organized, prepared, and conducted in accordance with our Policies and Procedures (P&P).
- To check timesheets are completed.
- To ensure the merchandising, window display, and the team's presentation and wardrobe are done in accordance with our P&P.
Requirements:
- Profound experience in a similar leadership role in the retail industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Passion for the brand and the fashion retail industry.
- Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively with the team and clients in store.
- Fluent in English and German.
