Manager for Post-Merger Integration and CFO Services

Position Overview:
As a Manager for Post-Merger Integration and CFO Services at Sancovia Corporate Finance GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in executing PMI projects and actively contribute to identifying synergies for our clients. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team, facilitating the seamless integration of portfolio companies through your expertise.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on PMI projects, ensuring effective process management and communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Support portfolio companies of Private Equity investors in their Buy & Build strategies by assisting in the integration of new group companies and identifying opportunities for value enhancement.
- Implement Lucanet in conjunction with our Finance team.
- Develop operational KPIs in collaboration with client management and establish financial reporting and documentation.
- Conduct performance improvement initiatives within the finance sector.
- Participate in cross-functional teams addressing various integration aspects, including finance, HR, IT, and sales.

Your Profile:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in post-merger integration, relevant project management, or change management, particularly within the mid-market sector.
- Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, along with an understanding of the associated processes and challenges faced by mid-sized corporate groups.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- A positive demeanor coupled with a hands-on approach.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken).
