Job Title: Logistics Team Lead - Sea Freight Export Automotive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Team Lead to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our sea freight export team in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to ensure the efficient and effective execution of sea freight export operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the sea freight export sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and systems.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
