Job Title: Logistics Team Lead - Sea Freight Export Automotive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Team Lead to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the team, ensuring the optimal utilization of resources and supporting critical cases such as complaints and claims processing.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of logistics professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, carriers, and suppliers.
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
