Institutional Sales Manager in Hamburg

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at GBE brokers Ltd. in Hamburg. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new customers and growing our client base worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new customers and grow our client base worldwide
- Sell our company's products to potential customers
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Work on customer retention and upsell within the customer base
- Provide product demonstrations to potential customers and understand their requirements
- Engage and work with external introducers, and maintain good relationships with partners
- Support marketing activities by attending events, conferences, and other marketing events
- Maintain a solid understanding of the financial markets and Forex industry
- Maintain a solid understanding of our company's offering and forthcoming releases
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar solutions sales role
- In-depth knowledge of working with CRMs, lead tracking, and following sales targets
- Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solution selling
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
- Great communication skills
- Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize different tasks quickly
- Knowledge of Forex and Forex software is a plus
- Arabic mother tongue and fluent written and spoken English
- Results-driven and self-motivated
